These mostly deal in engineering, metal, machinery and chemicals, especially petrochemicals. While most companies located here are large businesses or multinational corporations, there are some national industries here such as Singapore Tin Industries and Tuas Incineration Plant. There is little in Tuas besides industry, except Raffles Golf Course, an exclusive grass turf for business meetings and recreation.
