I called them some time before buying the Indoor swimming vouchers and asked if they recommend buying the indoor swimming session with shower as I would like 2 of my doggies to have grooming done as well. The lady who picked up the phone was a little impatient when I asked questions and when explaining the cost and time that will take, etc. As she was blabbering with her unfriendly voice and cutting me off several times, I decided to just keep quiet at my end of the line. I think she sensed that I was trying to keep my cool, she toned down a little. That was the 1st unpleasant experience but wasn't major, so I went ahead and bought the vouchers as they seem to be the only place with indoor swimming for doggies.

Anyhow, I called them yesterday and was trying to book an appointment for swimming and grooming on 11 Sep '15. Now, I know it is more than a month and when the lady who picked up the phone said "please call back on 1 Sep to make an appointment", I told her that was the only day I can make it and I wanted to make sure that I could get a slot that day. She said "but the schedule is not out yet! How to make appointment? If you call back 1 week before should not be a problem, or even 3 days before". I told her that it cant be guaranteed that I will get a slot by then that is why I am calling way before. She was beginning to annoy me with her unfriendly and impatient voice. I reiterated that it is important I get a slot that day because that is the only day I can ever make it. She replied "I ALREADY TOLD YOU! THE SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE IS NOT OUT YET. IF I WRITE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND IT GETS LOST HOW?". At this point, I was already fuming mad-I told her she was being rude and she just said "But I told you, you can't make appointment now. Call back 1 week before". I told her it's alright and hung up.

I was still infuriated and called back wanting to find out who she was.

Me: Hello
She: Hello
Me: I think I spoke with you earlier
She: Yes, can I help you (surprisingly polite!)
Me: Are you the only one in the shop?
She: What do you mean?
Me: I mean, are you the groomer?
She: No, I'm the boss!
Me: O, you're the boss?!
She: Yes
Me; O, ok, thank you. thank you very much

Seriously, please do not label yourself as a boss if you do not have the qualities of a boss. We are your customers, we don't owe you anything. We are not to be treated as such and if the business and your customer is important enough to you, you WILL bother to make sure that whatever paper that you write your customer's info on WILL NOT get lost! I will not allow myself to be given such treatment and more so can't imagine how they will treat my doggies when they are there. O, btw, did I mention she picked up my call when she was in the toilet cos I could hear the flush barely halfway thru the conversation. She could have the courtesy to tell me to call a little later or something.

Goodness, I haven't even been to your place and I already have had such a bad experience. Never stepping foot into your shop!
