FUCKING LOUSY SERVICE. AN AIR SHIPMENT TOOK MORE THAN TWO WEEKS! CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSTANTLY CUT OFF OR HANG UP MY CALL. PROMISED TO DELIVER ON 17/7 BUT NOW IS ALREADY 18/7 LATE NIGHT AND NO NEWS AT ALL. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON? SHITTY LINK?
Super lousy and bad service... non professional customer service, always cut the phone, a lots of excuses like check n call you back, cant use handphone in office, system down...
yeah is happening to me too. am going to change another courier company.
yup real lousy service, they pick up the call and then cut you off. tried and tried calling and same thng happen. once i got thru and they ask for some info and said to hold while they check. once they put you on hold. they cut you off again. and the consignment number that they issue o the card they left at the door. it shows that it was for another document deliver to a totally different location 4 months ago. its no joke. worse courier company ever
never never never never never use this anymore!!!! the worst courier I have ever encountered. my shipment is delayed for one whole week and nobody answer the call. And finally somebody picked up the call, told me my parcel is on shipment, but!!!! I didn't get it!
City-Link is the worst bad service in world. The staffs from city link are very terrible. They treat their customers so rude. This is the 1st time and last time concerning with like that terrible staffs and company. I can't understand how their boss trained to them to be very terrible. Whenever call and ask about delivery , they reply so rude.
Totally agree!.. Bad service.. Urgent document arrived Singapore on Mon 4th Feb.. Waited and nothing came. Tried calling them cannot get through for 2 days.. Finally got them yesterday and they said document cannot deliver because I have shifted.. What??.. They have my contact but no one bother to call.. Had to call KL office etc... Very stressful as need document urgently!!.. Will definitely not use them and will not recommend anyone to..
telephone cannot get thru, call also got problem, how to find my goods, delivered to the wrong address.
Shipment delay for 2 weeks. Nobody answer call for 1 whole week. I think the company waiting to be closed down...

REALLY REALLY SUPER NOT RECOMMENDED. 1st. Service is bad. 2nd.Attitude is worse. 3rd. the delivery super slow. many many excuses and ppl not helpful even telling lie. Got a voice mature malay lady is ok. but the young malay lady always forget call you back. and the old chinese lady named Juliet even worse will shout at you. Delivery delay again and again, not reliable at all. never delivery as per told. my house got 2 ppl in still say got deliver but no ppl home. Really dont know how can this kind of company still surviving till now. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR COURIER ANY MORE. SUPER DISAPPOINTTED COURIER.

"the shipment is not in means not in, don't ask me what is the reason,everything is possible here." this is what they told me after the shipment is delayed for five days.and this is not the first time.
