In 1991, a team of 5 nautical professionals started the company in Singapore with a vision to provide value-added shipping and management services within the maritime industry, both locally and regionally. Over the years, we have specifically directed towards meeting the dynamic changing requirement of maritime industry. This applies not only to the basic education of personnel for offices and vessels, but also to all kinds of management training and to courses held within particular area of expertise.
