Company history

  • The Company was set-up in the Year 1992 as Crystal-Aire Engineering with its registered office situated in Kaki Bukit and the first subcontracted work involving air-conditioning was the NTU at Jurong West which is a conversion of HDB flats into hostel for NTU at a contract sum of $120k in a period of 4 months.

  • Subsequently, the Company registered with ACRA as a private limited company with a paid-up capital of $ 10,000.00 and upgraded with BCA under the work head ME01 for air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation grade L1 in Year 2004. In that year, the Company took on the subcontract work at the Defense Science Organization at Science Park at a contract sum of $200k.

  • Following next 4 years, the company expanded with a core team and upgraded to L2 in the same category with BCA in Year 2008 with a paid-up capital of $ 50,000.00. The turnover for Year 2007 reached above $2,500,000.00. In the following year, the company upgraded with BCA under the work head ME01 for air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation grade L3 in year 2009 with a paid-up capital of $ 200,000.00.
