Besides their signature Fish Head Steamboat, my personal recommendations for dishes to try out would be their Hotplate Tofu, Salted Egg Chicken, Fried Prawn Rolls, Three Egg Vegetable Soup With Wolfberries and Sea Cucumber Duck In Claypot. The Sweet and Sour Pork at $13 for a medium portion has always been a favourite dish.
