Also, read the sales page and make sure it looks professional and is easy to understand. Even though you are representing others peoples products, you still want your visitors to see you as a professional. So be really mindful when choosing your products.

It's also good idea to sign up with affiliate programs that offer promotional resources, such as pre-written ads. But take it a step further and change the ads up a little to set yourself apart from the crowd. You don't want the same ad going out that thousands of other affiliates are using.
