Affiliate Marketing Program
Several years ago affiliate marketing was the best new thing. It was super easy to get high on the search engine results pages (SERPS) with a few spammy techniques and very easy to get on the first page for Adwords ads. When google changed its alogorithm for Adwords and for the SERPS, many people got hurt. Lots of campaigns were shut down thanks to the "Google slap" so to speak. Lots of affiliates with pages high on the SERPS had to work harder to get back onto the first page of Google.

The point of this story is that it used to be super easy to make a buck with affiliate marketing. It was easy to get lots of visitors to your site, and lots of people to buy the products you were advertising. Now it is harder to get that traffic and get those sales. But does this mean affiliate marketing is becoming over saturated?

All this means is that affiliate marketing is harder. One thing you need to realise is that the internet is growing exponentially, and more and more people everyday are becoming connected to the internet. With this more and more people that ARE connected to the internet are buying more online.

Soon enough people are going to realise that you can get information on or buy just about anything online. It is becoming a fad. The girls at the gym are all like, "oh you'll never guess how much I got my new bag for online". It's growing. All it means is that you have to work harder to get people to click on your links and buy from you.

People are becoming smarter about what they buy online, they research. They know they can probably get a cheaper price for something somewhere else, or maybe they think they can get a better product for less price. So you have to do the research for them.

You need to research the audience you are targetting, and you need to research what's the best product for the best price. Set up a landing page and tell people this. If you answer their questions (before they ask them) and do their research then they will be more likely to click on one of your links since they don't need to go somewhere else to find their answer. Make sense?

This is why review-style landing page convert better than any other type of landing page. I don't know about you but if I was searching online for...let's say...some adware software and I came to a site that just said there was this one product that was awesome and it'll remove adware off your computer better than any other software. Why would I believe that?

I click back on my browser and find another page that reviews a number of adware software programs, let's say 3-7 of them. Tells the good and the bad about all of them, rates them by characteristics and gives them an overall rating. I think I'm much more likely to buy from this site than the last one.

I got a little bit off track there, but the point is that affiliate marketing is not oversaturated, it's not dead, you just have to be a bit more professional when marketing. People are buying online, that's a given, you just have to be better than the other advertisers.
