We provide free delivery for all items purchased from Flower Advisor. |

These are our committed Delivery Slots |

Slot 1 : 9am to 1pm (Must be ordered by 2000hrs the day before) |

Slot 2 : 1pm to 5pm |
| |
Slot 3 : 7pm to 10pm |

In order to have your flowers delivered at your preferred slot, please order 2 hours ahead of the slot. |

The last order for the first timeslot of 9am to 1pm must be made the previous day by 8pm. |

For Midnight Delivery, Last Minute Delivery or Delivery at a Specific Time, please refer to the surcharge below. |

Delivery Surcharge |

Midnight Delivery |
| |
If you would like your flowers to be specially delivered during our late-night timeslot of 10.00pm (2200hrs) to 1.00am (0100hrs), an additional surcharge of S$30 is applicable. Please call +65 6479 1033 to check on availability. |

Delivery at a Specific Time |
| |
If you would like to specify an exact time for delivery, a surcharge of S$30 will be levied. For example, the surcharge is applicable if you would like the flowers to be delivered at 10am. This surcharge also applies to the narrowing down of a timeslot (e.g: between 9am to 10am). Please note that delivery can only be made between 7.00am and 1.00am daily. |

Relocation Charges |

If for any reason the recipient is not at the point of delivery and the flowers cannot be delivered, a relocation charge of S$15 will be levied to have the flowers delivered to a different address or to re-deliver to the same address at a rescheduled time. |
