Benefits of Zrii Amalaki fruit drink
By. Sam Brown
Why choose a fruit you may have never heard of? Well Amalaki is a fruit known for a potent amount of gallic acid, ellagic acid, plus emblicanin A and emblicanin B. These are some of the most powerful antioxidants, which are sources for reducing common oxidative stress and cellular stress. In other words, they help abate oxidation within your body. Amalaki is also an excellent source for vitamin C which helps to boost the immune system. One small plum sized Amalaki fruit contains more vitamin C than you would get by eating a complete orange.

There are two different variants of Amalaki fruit. A forest variant called Vanya, which is smaller and harder than its counterpart Gramya, which has more juice and tends to be softer. The two variants of Amalaki also differ in that they grow during different seasons. The growing seasons are February to May for Vanya and October to April for Gramya. The Amalaki fruit exhibits a very slight sour or tart taste that gives the Zrii fruit drink a great and refreshing taste that not only helps to revive the body but it also gives a jolt to the taste buds! It’s a true sensation all the way around.

There are two methods of growing Amalaki fruit. The first of the two methods is the way nature intended: at the base of the Himalaya mountain range where it can naturally soak up the nutrients that make it such a powerful tool in healthy living circles. The second method of growing Amalaki is farm harvested, which has its merits but tends to yield less powerful antioxidant properties. For this reason, Zrii only uses naturally grown Amalaki fruit picked from the base of the Himalayan mountain ranges.

Amalaki has a long history in the 5000 year old science called Ayurveda which is the science of healthy living that developed in India. It’s mankind’s oldest system of healthy living and it has employed the natural nutrients found in Amalaki for far longer than traditional science has been studying it. Amakaki is also endorsed by The Chopra center for wellbeing, which is the most influential center for nutritional living. Their endorsement of Zrii and Amalaki goes a long way in helping this company get their message of healthy living out to the world and also goes a long way in establishing their credibility in the nutritionalist’s marketplace.

Given the proven benefits behinds the Amalaki fruit and the all natural formula of the Zrii fruit drink it seems that Zrii is easily on the way to becoming a very influential and prominent stable in the health conscious market place with a proven product that will go a long way to restoring a consciousness for healthy living.
