12 big strawberries, with stalk
1/2 cup dark chocolate, grinded or in pieces
1 piece waxed paper

Servings: 2
Preparation Time: 30 Min.
Cooking Time: 0 Min.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES

place the chocolate in a pot and heat it in bain-
marie, until it melts and softens. Wash the
strawberries thoroughly without removing the
stalk, nor the leaves; leave them in water with
some drops of disinfectant for five minutes.
Rinse them with clean water and dry them up with
a paper towel. Take each one from its stalk and
submerge them, one by one, in the melted
chocolate; after that, place them on a tray with
waxed paper. Place them in the freezer for some
15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

When you follow these instructions you will have
a great dessert. Make this dessert for any
occassion maybe for that loved one. Chocolate
covered strawberries can be made for any
occassion that you prefer. Its easy to do and
prepare.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS

if you want to, you can use your imagination and
use your favorite fruits: kiwis, orange segments,
banana pieces, mango, or pineapple, anything you
can think of to make this dessert more
hallucinating and fun.
