Postion:RFID Engineering Manager - RFID
Location: Shenzhen
Background of Electronics Engineering and Materials Science desired.
RFID Job functions:
1.Have a solid understanding of RFID technology including the Near-field spectrums (LF-30-440K hz, 125-134K hz, HD 3-30 MHz, 13.56 MHz) and Far-field spectrums (UHF 433 MHz 865-965 MHz, 2.45 GHz, 5.8 GHz).2.Understanding of the functional RFID elements of the Reader, Coil antenna, and Receiver.3.Understanding of the various PCB material systems suitable and used for RFID systems.4.Understanding of the various processes (e.g. screen printing associated with RIFD boards/systems).5.Engage in industry groups associated with RFID systems.
Materials Job functions:
1.Assist in Heavier Copper Implementation for Lead Free and Non-Lead Free applications for higher layer count PCBs.2.Assist in New Material Introductions and Process development.3.Resource for all material questions and issues.4.Assist in the generation of Customer Presentations for a variety of Materials subjects (e.g. Lead Free, Halogen Free, Hi-speed, CAF, Warp). 5.Develop a solid relationship and with key Material Suppliers Globally.6.Analytical knowledge in support for FMA of material related customer issues (e.g. delamination, warp). 7.Understand the full UL process in gaining UL approval for new materials.8.Assist in performing material supplier audits.
