Our client is on of the best local logistics provider; it integrated logistics services such as warehousing and inventory management, transportation and distribution management, and freight management services to leading MNCs of the Electronics, Chemical, and Consumer Goods Industries throughout Asia Pacific and they intend to extend the international coverage further to include the Americas, Europe and other parts of Asia.

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for financial structuring and reengineering including structuring of business/inventory financing deals as part of innovative supply chain solutions.

·        Lead in the structuring, negotiating and executing of M&A amd JV deals.

·        Lead in business analysis and financial dashboard for operational and strategic decision-making.

·        Final responsibility for statutory accounting, tax matters and budgetary control for all entities including compliance with local regulations in the region.

·        To be key member of the local Management Team in developing and executing strategic direction for the Group, consistent with the Corporate Strategy.

Requirements:

·        Tertiary education with strong relevant regional experience at senior management level.

·        Strong background in treasury and banking.

·        Strong business acumen with exposure in M&A and JV and financial structuring/reengineering.

·        Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ have qualifications in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

·        Preferred skill(s): Oracle Financial.
