About Us

Every single irresistible item on the L’Operetta menu uses only the freshest and best ingredients in the market. Flavours are subtle and light, with a stunning symphony of nuances emphasized by savvy food and wine pairing.

One of the most mouthwatering stars of L’Operetta is undoubtedly its authentic Italian pizza, baked to perfection in the imported legendary Vera wood-fired pizza oven.

Seafood dishes are also remarkable. Fresh, tender and fragrant, the Seafood Risotto is a particularly sumptuous feast, with Parmesan cheese personally served at your table.

Have a taste of italian restaurant by clarke quay great for family dinner or that intimate dinner with the romantic ambiance.
Italian restaurant with amazing pizzas that are baked in a wood fired oven.
The mascarpone cream traps the coffee essence, making the ladyfingers inside moist and aromatic. Their Tiramisu is a perfect end to a beautiful meal.
a perfect place for a fine dining with beloved one.
love the italian pizza !
We went to Enoteca L\'Operetta during the Singapore Restaurant Week (19 - 25 March 2012), where the restaurant offers a 3-courses dinner for only $35++. The restaurant has a clean white interior deco, simple yet stylish. For appetizer, we can choose between the Scallops and Carpaccio. I had the Delicious Catch of the Day Carpaccio. The salmon slices are so fresh. they are served with garlic and shallots, sort of immersed in the light creamy sauce, and topped with generous amount of fish roe. Huge portion and quite appetizing with its slightly sour nature. For main, I chose the pasta with Black Pork Ragout & Porcini tastes great too. Good flavour and the minced meat is well-marinated.We both have Tiramisu as dessert. The Italian layered cake with espresso and mascarpone custard is more on the creamy side. Too creamy I\'d say that I pretty much filled my stomach straightaway.Spending: Approximately SGD 40(Dinner)
Went to this fantastic place at Boat Quay for Corporate lunch - L\'Operetta. They serve Fusion cuisine mixed of Japanese and Italian. We order set lunches comprises of appetisers, Main course, and dessert. It cost about SGD 80 per pax. It is a little steep but the food is awesome. highly recommended to trySpending: Approximately SGD 80(Lunch)
I ordered "Tagliolini" con Salsa di Polpo e Radicchio - Tagliolini with Octopus and Radicchio Sauce which costs $25.The pasta was well cooked and the ingredients were well marinated which brought out the taste of the entire dish. The ingredients were fresh and the portion was generous, considering this an Italian fine dining restaurant. Located at vibrant Boat Quay, the decoration of the restaurant was impressive.Spending: Approximately SGD 25(Lunch)
The dining experience at L\'Operetta Enotega is really gastronomic. I totally enjoyed the food that I ordered - scallops. The scallops were huge and juicy, cooked at the right temperature and seasoning. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food, priced at $28. L\'Operetta Enotega is conveniently located at Boat Quay, you definitely won’t missed the shop. The ambience makes it a great place for dining and catching up with friends, a very comfortable place to hang out. I highly recommend this place for dining.Spending: Approximately SGD 28(Lunch)
