About the restaurant:
The restaurant seems to have a similar concept with its neighbour, Straits Kitchen @ Hyatt Hotel but it is definitely more spacious. Being a newly refurbished cafe (previously called Cafe Vienna), I think the restaurant has a nice ambiance and the people are friendly.
Ordered Food:
Buffet @ $42 per pax. There are too many cold dishes. If you like cold dish, you will like this place. The other spreads are ok but i dont find them mouth watering. In fact, I cant even remember a single dish that leaves an impression.....Ah yes, maybe the spaghetti --> Nicely done (not undercook or overcook) especially since its from a buffet style. The chef managing the counter is quite friendly.
My verdict:
I think its a good place to meet friends and chit chat. The ambiance is nice and the waiters are friendly. But if you are looking for good, delicious buffet food, I certainly did not get it. But yes, I will come back again. It is a good place to meet friends, spend more time talking and eating before burning the calories at Orchard. he he
About the restaurant:
The waiters and waitresses spilt everything because of there eyes. i had 11 glasses of wine spilt on me, and thirteen main courses.
Ordered Food:
rice, snitaa and seeing eyes.
My verdict:
my verdict is it could have been better if they could see. but they can't so they are too good.
