About the restaurant:
Ordered buffet from the restaurant and the food was late for one and a half hours !!!!! No formal apology and service recovery from company. So what if food tastes ok. The trauma from having the food come late is enough for me to write off this company forever. |

As a followup, the caterer got back to me... wrote off the bill and even sent a cake. Now, that's what I call good service! |
