About the restaurant:
In the shopping mall called, The Mall, near the Perdu Bus station in K.L Malaysia On the second floor.

Ordered Food:
A chicken salad and a combo chicken meal.

My verdict:
The service was very basic, we had to order the combo three times before all the food( some cold ) was on the table. When we got the bill, it was incorrect, different food items we hadnt oreded included. The assistant manager insisted we were at fault for ordering the wrong thing and was very dimissive. Then, by the assistant manager we were swore at and racist comments shouted at us as we left the resturant, we returned to complain about this behaviour to the manager. She was very sorry for what had happend and on demanding an appology from the assistant manger, well there just wasnt one the excuse and her reason why she had spoken like this was, we had done the same. I have never been spoken to this way by anyone and would never speak to anyone in this manner. Im sure this isnt the case with all of the Kenny Rogers Restaurants, but to think that someone like this could even be employed by this chain leaves me to think that i wont be giving them a second chance.
