About the restaurant:
The dining at Li Bai is exclusive and the lighting excellent. I espcially like the way the warm spot lights focus on the table highlighting the dishes.
I think the cutlery is expensive (well it at least it looks expensive) jade and fine china.
I think the most notable thing about their service is that they have the iniative to shift my settings depending on how I use the chopsticks (i'm left handed)
Dishes are well paced and the dining experience, unhurried and very relaxing.
The dishes are all beautifully decorated in contemporary western style using traditional chinese ingredients.
Ordered Food:
The usual tim sum stuff . The Sui Jing Pao is my favourite and they look like globes of crystal balls with bursts of taste treasures inside.
My verdict:
Good stuff , pricy but well worth it for your loved ones and good friends. Bring your HSBC card.
