About the restaurant:
Aptly named, this restaurant is hidden away from view, and is just a quaint little house nestled in a lush environment. You got to look carefully otherwise you might just walk past it. The ambience is cosy and romantic, quite a nice place to bring a partner to. A modern and simple concept, little candle lights line the tables.
Ordered Food:
My partner had the oxtail stew, I had the cilantro chicken. Both were just average. For desserts, we had the Sin in Love, but we thought it was quite similar to their triple choc. It was my partner's birthday, and when I made a reservation over the phone, I requested if they could put a happy birthday tag on his dessert when it is served. Perhaps they forgot, but I wish they paid more attention to such requests because it was a special occasion.
My verdict:
With a special request, I thought it was a good time for the restaurant to more than satisfy the request and take the opportunity to delight the guests. Unfortunately, they probably forgot. The food wasnt fantastic, but the ambience was really commendable. They have a private setting for events outside, which looked just as comfy as the inside.
