Descrpition : This eatery been around for 30 years, with previous owner handing over to his son who is the current owner. He sells the soup version of the prawn noodles in the day, and come nightfall he'll change to selling the Fried Hokkien Prawn noodles. The soup broth is light, yet full of sweetness which comes from the prawn shells and pork ribs which the owner patiently cooks over a controlled flame. The dried version is also a favourite among his customers, as the chili paste that he makes himself gels perfectly with the noodles. Despite being cheap, you can rest assure this store owner did not skip any steps in making his perfect Prawn Noodles for his ardent fans.
