Celebrity Diets: Gwen Stefanis Crazy Diet!

Gwen on her post-pregnancy body: "Your metabolism is like, whooosh! You're sleep deprived, but you have this crazy amount of energy because of all those hormones. I'm scared what'll happen when it all stops. What it'll feel like, going back to the regular me. Now I'm in a repeater zone. I just want to make babies and make records."

We've all seen Gwen's weight fluctuate post pregnancy and the world watched as Gwen lost the baby weight dramatically. Her body snapped back into top shape in a matter of weeks (something which takes 'normal' people years to achieve!) I suppose when your income and career is based 80% on your looks it's imperative to be in top shape!

Gwen on her "My Fair Lady" inspired spread: "I've gotten a little more feminine over the last few years. As the years go by, you get more comfortable with looking more like a woman."

She definitely has gotten more feminine! I don't know about you, but I remember seeing some snaps of Gwen on the red carpet wearing a fluro 'Crazy Britney' wig with chunkified metal braces and pasty skin. While she still has the pasty skin, she's made it her own with bright rocker red lipstick and fierce frosty blonde hair.

Gwen on struggling to maintain her size 4 figure: "I hate talking about it, but it's true. "I've always been on a diet, ever since I was in the sixth grade. It's an ongoing battle and it's a nightmare. But I like clothes too much, and I always wanted to wear the outfits I would make. And I'm very vain."

I found that quote slightly disturbing. If my sixth grade daughter was dieting I'd certainly be concerned. I can't imagine Gwen ever being overweight, she has a very small bone structure and what seems like a fast metbolism judging from her previous statement on pregnancy. Hmmm....eating disorder anyone?

What Does Gwen Stefani Eat?

When asked what Gwen Stefani eats she replies "all the healthy stuff, but I usually let myself cheat once or twice a day with a pizza or a cookie". Luckily for you, I've has asked Gwen Stefani's personal trainer to reveal her diet and workout schedule.

How does Gwen Stefani Workout?

She obviously does alot of dancing for her video clips and when she is touring. It's estimated that the average performer burns over 4000 calories per night when on tour! She eats "all the healthy stuff"
