GM the producer of GMC floor mat will showcase the newest member of Chevrolet's SS family at the Woodward Dream Cruise this coming Saturday, August 18, 2007.
The 2008 HHR SS bears the popular styling and capabilities of the HHR family boost by the performance of its turbocharged and intercooled engine that produces 260 horsepower. The 2008 HHR SS is also given a one-of-a-kind exterior styling and a distinctly SS interior.
The vehicle was built through the efforts of GM Performance Division, together with a team of designers and engineers that are dedicated to producing high-performance vehicles.
Standard exterior and interior features of the 2008 HHR SS include:
Exterior &bull All-new front and rear fascias &bull New front grilles &bull A rear spoiler &bull 18-inch polished forged aluminum wheels wrapped with Michelin performance all-season tires
Interior &bull SS-embroidered sport seats with an ultra suede inserts &bull A new gauge cluster with 140 mph speedometer &bull An A-pillar boost gauge &bull A new driver oriented steering wheel and shifter that enhanced driving capabilities
The HHR SS will also be offered with a load of safety and convenience features such as the StabiliTrak electronic stability control system and the four-wheel disc brakes with ABS. Side impact airbags together with the power operated sunroof are offered as options.
