Since 1999 Tyron C. McDaniel has been deeply involved in the business of real estate. Initially starting out as a Loan Officer, Tyron pursued his life long dream of being a homebuilder and real estate developer by obtaining his Real Estate License and establishing his own real estate development & homebuilding company in 2004.
Tyron's first real estate development was quite an ambitious project that involved the development, design and construction of 14 semi custom luxury Victorian patio homes priced from $259,000 to $339,000. This project served as a HUGE learning experience with Tyron building 2 of the proposed 14 units and selling the remaining lots he owned.
There were numerous lessons to be learned and it is from this and the subsequent experiences that Tyron has garnered over the last 8 years that provides a backdrop for Tyron's teachings and writings.
On a daily basis, Tyron consults and advises Owner Builder's & Investors on the benefits and advantages of new construction. As a Construction Finance Expert, Tyron provides cutting edge financing solutions around the country and offers his insights, experience and contacts to his Owner Builder clients helping them realize thousands of dollars in savings and HUGE chunks of equity!
