We were delighted to have breakfast in Buzz restaurant that morning. Nominated by the Indonesian Tatler as one of Indonesia 's Best Restaurant for 2006, we were quite eager to gain first hand experience of its excellent food and services.

With an open view towards the Zen-like garden of pebbles and fragrant frangipani and Jazz music playing softly at the background, we found the restaurant was the perfect place to slowly savor the flavor of our meal while meditating on the busy day ahead.

The buffet menu was quite expansive. We feasted on the mushroom soup, congee, Chinese fried rice, curry and lumpia . Unfortunately, as we got to the bread basket and mouth-watering fresh fruits, we were informed that the buffet breakfast would be over in 10 minutes (at 10 AM). With such an excellent food and remarkable ambience, we should have come down earlier!
