Transporting yourself from one place to another is the easiest and cheapest in Chinatown.  Buses, taxis and the public rail system are all within walking distance and they will take you to wherever you fancy. The public transport system in Singapore is perhaps one of the most efficient and reliable in the region and Chinatown is well routed to the many attractions in the island.
