CHC (opened in 17 May 1995) is among the first centres specialising in the study of Chinese communities outside China. The centre is housed in the historical former Nanyang University Administration Building which is a national monument.
The Chinese Heritage Centre promotes understanding of the culture and traditions of Chinese communities overseas. Check out our new exhibition “Chinese More or Less: An Exhibition on Overseas Chinese Identity”, an exploration of many manifestations of all things Chinese.
