Descrpition : Purely hand made fish balls is all these store has, but isn't that the most important thing in a bowl of fish ball noodles?? Store owner makes his own fish ball by hand which amounts to 20kg per day. Once it's finish he'll close for the day. Superb fishballs that ain't too chewy, yet ain't too soft when mixed with special home made sauce truly makes this simple dish something to drool about.
