Be one with nature, have a picnic in the botanic gardens!

While walking thru' the Gardens yesterday evening, I saw a greyish giant monitor lizard (5-6' long) at the bushes near the cement ground, opp the Orchid Garden entrance. I just wonder whether it is deliberately left there wandering about the gardens? It seems quite scary with its long tongue protruding frequently. I too notice there are little children running and elderly folk walking around and I hope it does not attack people one day!

A good place to bring my nephew and niece as they love running around the huge grounds and exploring all the different plants and insects here. It's a very relaxing place that's good for the family and relaxing.
