Located just opposite Bugis Street, Iluma at Bugis is a huge contrast from the former in both architecture and selection of products. Iluma targets the mid-level income consumer. I was astounded by the massive escalator which is one of Iluma's special features. Besides this remarkable escalator, Iluma has no other major highlights. It is your basic shopping mall that is poshly decorated.

Caught a few movies with my gf here and I can say this is not bad... The only thing is that they do not have the funky movie theme cups like GV or Cathay... If they improve on this then everything should be alrighty i guess.. Just my 2 cents...

now there's another attraction here other than it's shiny illuminating outer look... The Koi Milk tea here is super pack... Imagine having to wait for close to 1hr for your cup of Koi... Though long but definitely worth waiting... It's pretty health conscious too cause you can select the sugar level...

The queue for Koi is really super long....but I don't care as its really nice and I will still be queuing up to grab a cup!

I read on a poster that there's also a 'Happy Cities' exhibition from 8th to 10th Oct, which is part of the Archifest 2010, which offers a glimpse of the bold new world that awaits Singapore!

Hey there's also a URA's CUBE 2010 Exhibition from 2-24th Oct 2010 @ Iluma...
This exhibition displays the best of our local students' creative ideas in improving our urban and build environment.

There's also a 'Uniquely Singapore?' exhibition from 2-24th Oct 2010, featuring images that juxtapose spaces in Singapore against spaces in London.. Do come take a look if u have the time!
