Raffles Hotel is the home of the famous delicious cocktail Singapore Sling.

Apart from being one of the most illustrious colonial Grand Dames in SE Asia. It’s the place to sample a Sling while in Singapore.

You can choose to drink your SLING at the Inner courtyard bar or you can you opt for the Long Bar upstairs and enjoy the rich dark wood furniture and rows upon rows of spirits.

Singapore sling is available at S$16

Highest hotel and received the best luxury hotel in 2009. A right spot to go if you want to view fire works during the National Day from the hotel room balcony, and to take a better picture of Singapore skyline and lightings

Built in 1887, Raffles is now a national monument and one of the world's last grand 19th C hotels. A multi-million dollar face-lift has brought back the hotel's colonial charm. Raffles' excellent service and food is framed within a setting of classical architecture and tropical gardens. The celebrated Singapore Sling cocktail was concocted here and is an expensive diversion at this Singapore highlight. Somerset Maugham, Rudyard Kipling, Joseph Conrad and Charlie Chaplin were among the hotel's guests.

This colonial-style hotel is well-known for its luxurious accommodation and many superb restaurants. It is also where the Singapore Sling was invented.
