Power Bhangra for Men & Women! : The Power Bhangra dance involves continuous, rhythmic body movements designed to raise heart rate, strengthen the lungs and work out all the major muscle groups in the body like the legs and buttocks. This workout is done to music with pulsating beat to set the tempo.A 50-minute Bhangra aerobic dance burns 500 calories. How's that for motivation?
BabyBeatz: Special one hour class designed for budding dancers. Age group 4-5 years. Class aims to teach them rhythm, dance steps, formations and an open eye to bollywood and folk dance. Includes an in-class performance at the end of each session.
Bollywood Choreography Class (6-8 year olds): Bollywood Dance consists of various Indian and Western dance forms inspired by the Bollywood (Indian film) industry. A typical Bollywood dance class covers the following styles: Indian film moves that are more lyrical and expression-based, traditional indian folk (Bhangra, Dandiya, etc) dance steps and western dance styles like jazz, hip-hop, salsa etc. Students will learn complete dance choreography to one or a remix of few songs. Class culminates in an in-class performance at the end of the session.
