Effects of Divorce law Divorce in terms of marriage is the judgment of the court of the marriage. And both people have the right to marry again. Here in the Philippines divorce law are not yet accepted they only allow annulment. Divorce law covers different parts of the family involved. Child support, child custody and visitation rights, Spousal Support or the Alimony/Maintenance, Division of Property and Debt and Separation covers the whole divorce law. Of course no family wishes this to experience but in reality it does happen. The effect of divorce law can have many conflicts not just in the family. With these conflicts, children are more affected. Children can be rebellious or can it can lower their self-esteem due to this unhelpful situation.
