I can still remember clearly that I ate the famous Teck kee Tanglin Char Siew Pau during my childhood time and the taste was very delicious that I never can forget it.I always think the Teck Kee' Char Siew Pau is the best Pau in town. The last time I ate it was many years ago.I really miss it and buy it immediately when I see the shop which is along Killiney Road.

Today, I finally eat the nostalgia’ Char Siew Pau which is always use the slim pork meat and it is soft and juicy. I continue to eat the vegetable Pau which is taste as good as the Char Siew Pau.I decide to buy a few more back home.

Teck Kee Tanglin Pau is one of the old school char siew pau shops that has been around for ages... well "since 1948". Teck Kee\'s pau contains a creamy sauce and is "wetter" than Tiong Bahru Pau\'s pau. The sauce has a distinctive taste that has remained somewhat the same through the years. The shreds of pork within are lean, moist and tender. I think that is it to the pau filling - creamy sauce and lean pork. the Siew Mai is also another awarding, must-try tim sum.
This is the best Tim sum kiosk I\'ve had in Singapore! It\'s the right size for the siew mai - not too big and not too small. The meat has a very fresh taste for all. It has the right amount of filling and the right amount of ingredient. The ingredient does not get soggy or mushy and is not too soft. There is a slight chewy texture. The fan choy is also very good choiceSpending: Approximately SGD 10
i love that their buns are always so well made. the pastry is always thick and firm enough not to disintegrate in the steam in the plastic bag. their plastic bags sometimes have little holes punched out to aid with steam escaping as well. very thoughtful. service is always nice and friendly. prices are very reasonable. the quality of filling is the best of all bun chains i\'ve tried so far. very very good. would not go anywhere else for steamed buns! and they have so many branches, it\'s convenient to fix my craving instead of going to one isolated specific location. highly recommended.
the buns here are always great. the pastry does not get as soggy as other bun chains. teck kee is very consistent in quality and it always tastes great. there is a slight ammonia taste in the pastry but otherwise, it is very good. the fillings are aqeduately spiced and well-balanced. particularly like their vegetable bun and mala cake. highly recommended.
This is the best char siew bun I\'ve had in Singapore! It\'s the right size - not too big and not too small. The pastry has no ammonia or chemical taste at all! It has the right amount of filling and the right amount of pastry. The pastry does not get soggy or mushy and is not too soft. There is a slight chewy texture. The filling is not too sweet or salty and not brightly coloured. It is very fragrant and the taste is well balanced. The service is polite and efficient. There are other buns and siew mai and ma lai cakes as well. But I love their char siew buns the best! About $1.20 for one.
Teck Kee Tanglin Pau sells really nice paus. I particularly like their char siew pau! Their char siew pau has very tasty sauce in the filling that really helped to bring out the taste of the char siew. The fillings is also very generous! Their lor mai gai is good too! not too oily and not a lot of visible fats in the chicken. The chicken is in fact very smooth and lean. Yum yum!Spending: Approximately SGD 4
I love the local savoury snacks and kuehsespecially those with meat fillings like ba chang and paus. I just wanted a quick bite to settle a meal and just headed straight to Teck Kee. Usually I preferred those pork pau but thought I tried the chicken instead. Hmm...the taste was not too bad just that I found a piece of chicken\'s skin and felt weird chewing on something fatty and didn\'t like that feeling and had to throw it out( wonder was that why the fillings were juicy and not dry), the pau pastry was slightly thickbut I suppose all paus selling at kioskusually are made this way. Overall okay and edible.
My dad & i love their pau he often ta bao me their char siew pau The skin of the pau is very thin& soft with lots of char siew filling inside Their char siew is sweet & juicy thechar siew meat alsonot very fatty Price also reasonable overall i rate 8/10
Must try big chicken pau!, quite fast service, staff are friendly too. The chicken pau has the right meat and fat in it. It is indeed addictive after trying one , you would want to eat more. The chicken pau is quite high in demand, selling fast too. Their char siew pau is also very good, a lot of lean meat and. The pau skins are very thin and have a lot of ingredients. overall: 2 of my favourite paus!
