Those that do not use the public transport, you probably did not know that more and more eateries have opened at MRT stations. One such eateries is Kopi Alley at Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Now commuters can grab a quick breakfast on the way to work.

I didn't know Kopi Alley was opened by Jollibean until I googled on the web. It has an interesting menu that brought back childhood memories such as toast with condensed milk and milo powder. Unfortunately, I was in a rush for my appointment so I just went for the set menu.

I happened to pass by Kopi Alley yesterday, so decided to stop there for a coffee. I ordered for a coffee & took a seat, there were quite a few people sitting and enjoying their kopi/tea there. I sipped the coffee and enjoyed it. It was strong, had less milk & the right amount of sugar. coffee was served in lovely colourful/printed tea cups. Loved my coffee at Kopi AlleySpending: Approximately SGD 2.2
Was having my teabreak after some work at Tanjong Pagar area. I got a set A ($3.80) which consist of traditional butter kaya toast, 2 soft-boiled eggs and a cup of coffee. It was a satisfying set as my teabreak! The eggs tasted so yummy, the texture was cooked just nice. And the butter kaya toast was toasted til just nice and cripsy. And the kaya and butter tasted really nice. Spending: Approximately SGD 3.80
went there with my mum for lunch the stall was quite small, not much seating we ordered kaya butter bread set with eggs & kopi kopi was nice ,egg was not fully cooked, when break open, still can see clear white egg yolk,as for bread,it taste just so so,we waited for about 15mins for the bread,so by right should be warm & crispy but was not,it was cold & hard overall rate 5/10
We took a break in shopping in City Square Mall and decided to stop at Kopi Alley for a drink. The stall is like a kiosk with tables and chairs inside the mall. It sells local coffee, tea, Yuan Yang, kaya toast, steam bread with kaya and pau. The Ice Teh-O was just ok, nothing special. The Yuan Yang is coffee and tea drink with milk.It has more coffee taste than tea at this stall & turn out to be the best drink on the house. Even the lady sitting on the next table said this stall Yuan Yang is the best drink here.
This is my usual hangout coffee place whenever I am at Tanjong Pagar for some work. And I will usually meet up an ex-colleague at this kopi alley for our regular la-kopi session. . The ambience is quite cosy and the coffee is nicely and freshly brewed. The coffee is not too thick nor too thin. The sweetness is just right with the right amount of sugar and it is quite aromatic.
Was shopping for shoes at Anchorpoint. After trying and shopping for the shoes, was feeling tired and thristy. So have my teabreak session at this kopi alley while doing some net surfing. As usual, i have ordered a teh with milk. Their teh is actually quite nice which is quite thick, not too sweet, not bland and diluted. A rather nice teh.Spending: Approximately SGD 1.20
It’s located at Icon village ground floor just opposite of Amara Hotel. This place is always full. They even put tables and chair outside the shop. You might need to stand a while to wait for seats. Not outside food is allowed inside the shop, I saw the notes stick on some tables The price is common and affordable. Hot teh, kopi and milo are selling at $1 while Ice Lemon tea, Ice milk tea and Ice Kopi are selling at $1.50. They are selling Nasi lemak and otah – otah too. You can find the traditional kaya toast here as well, selling at $1.20. The drinks are standard, just like the standard in all coffee shops. The Traditional Butter Kaya toast is nice, like the butter the most. It’s melts in the hot toasted bread! Spending: Approximately SGD 2(Tea)
Avoid the peak hour here, 12noon – 2pm. This Kopi Alley always crowded with people at lunch time every weekday! You need to queue up to order food or drinks. Drinks are same as what we can found in coffee shop. For the hot beverages, cost about $1. And cold beverages are cost $1.50 to $2.50? You can order breads to go along with your drinks. They have thick toast, traditional toast, steam bread, crackers and many more. Other food like Mee Siam, Mai kai, zhu chang fen and bao. Remember to bring your tissue papers, namecard, umbrella or even… specs? To chop the table
