Chinese International School

The Chinese International School is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual international school with programmes for pre-kindergarten to high school students. The school accepts students with all nationalities aged between 3 and 19. The school programmes are established on the solid foundations laid by the International Baccalaureate Organization.

At CNIS, both Eastern and Western philosophies of education are combined, encouraging a spirit of open-mindedness. The school aims to empower students to develop sound learning techniques, critical thinking skills and creativity.

Teachers are sourced internationally as well as locally. Currently the nationalities of teachers are America, Australia, Britain, Philippines, Canada, Uganda, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Armenia, India, Singapore and China.

Our Vision

Our vision is to fully utilize the unique geographic, economic and social advantages of Singapore, to build up an international school based on the standards of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), combining it with the unique features of the Chinese culture.

Our school seeks to blend the Western and Eastern cultures to become a bridge and a hub for cross-cultural communication with the purpose of nurturing socially responsible and global citizen.

Our Goals

The goal of Huijia Education Organization which is the investor of CNIS is to apply its accumulated experiences in international education and its advanced educational programs to CNIS.  With the Singapore's strategic location and international social environment, we aim to provide education program with emphasis on Chinese cultures and combination of eastern and western cultures to our students. At the same time, we strive to accumulate our own experience in international education and to enrich the programs we are providing.

The goal of CNIS is to nurture global talents by advanced international education. Through our commitment to the high standard of International Baccalaureate, CNIS passes the knowledge of updated technology and cultural development to students, hence increasing students' awareness of international affairs and therefore assists students in adapting to the trend of globalization.
