Pole dancing for fitness is now a legitimate form of fitness and is making its way to gyms as a non-sleazy way of keeping fit. Gone are the days people regard pole dancing as just an exotic dance. In fact pole dancers use their own bodies as weights, and the pole spins and tricks strengthen the arms, shoulders, thighs, calves, abs and improve core strength. In a nutshell, it provides a total workout and helps to improve cardio, flexibility, motor skills, muscular endurance and strength.

Classes are suited even for those without dance/fitness background. They are carefully structured and divided into various beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and are conducted by IPDFA certified instructors.
