                        3. Weekends and school holiday surcharge @ $8 for one kid package and $10 for sibling package
                        4. School Holiday and Weekends Surcharge will be waived with full payment made at least 1 day before the appointment day. Payment must be received before the makeover day.
                        5. Payment can be made through OCBC / POSB.
