Men have always viewed the length of their penis to be the deciding factor in sexual fulfillment and I for one (as a woman) would like to set the record straight. To all you men out there, it is the girth or width of the penis that gives us women so much pleasure. Not the length!



Let me explain a few things about the female anatomy and maybe it will paint a clearer picture. The nerves that are stimulated during sex are located near the entrance of the vagina and the anus that includes the female G-spot located about two inches inside the upper wall of the vagina. A thick girth is significant because it can stretch out the vaginal or anal walls that stimulate the nerves. This creates friction and a sensation that all women love during sex. And, the nerves on the base of the penis react with the lips and inner walls of the vagina.

Furthermore, a woman's most sensitive sexual organ is the clitoris. The tip of the penis cannot stimulate the clitoris when it's inside of her but the base of the penis can. The bigger the base the more likely it will rub the clitoris when the man is having sex with her.

The average erect girth is about 5" in circumference. Increasing your girth size to a larger penis size can be obtained through surgery or exercise. What surgery does is inject fat from different parts of the body into the stalk of the penis in several areas. If surgery is not an option, there are exercises that can achieve the same effects. The theory behind the exercises is that if the erectile tissue can be encouraged to hold a greater volume of blood than it could otherwise naturally accommodate, then this will in turn result in a larger size both when erect and flaccid. The men I know who have practiced these exercises consistently have achieved gains anywhere from 1 to 3 inches. This technique takes practice, but once you've got it down, you'll have the size increase that you are looking for.
