7.Host an online competition. Offer prizes for the first, second and third place winners. Your competition can be on almost anything. Take the "Most Helpful Blog" for example. Think of a way to offer a competition, create a small entry fee and you are set!

10.Start an online tax advice site. Even if you do not charge for your advice, you can still make money through online advertising. Create a forum and let other people help each other.
