Is this excuse one you use as part of your arsenal to avoid exercise."
How would you like to put the odds in your favor and have more time and more energy to exercise every single day.
How is this possible? How? Exercise at your home, during your free time, and with nothing except your body.
What do you do? And how long will it take?
How about some squats and push-ups, and it will only take about 10 minutes.
I'm serious - if you did nothing else, just those two exercises alone, and started a sound nutritional program you could get all the results you want.
You don't need any fancy exercise equipment!
How does that sound? You can make all the excuses you want, about how you don't have $3000 worth of equipment or you don't have a full room dedicated to working out. Or perhaps you can't wake up before 7AM and you don't want to use your 1 hour lunch break for a 10 minute workout.
That's all great and dandy - but in the end they're just excuses.
Use your own body to exercise, it's the best equipment you will ever have!
The only way this won't work is if your in the elite crowd and can easily do 1-arm pushups and 1-leg squats. As an exercise coach and weight loss expert here is what I recommend...
Next time you have 10 minutes try this:
1. Body weight squats (30 seconds)
2. Rest (10 seconds)
3. Pushups (30 seconds)
4. Rest (10 seconds)
5. Burpees / Up-Downs (30 seconds)
6. Rest (10 seconds)
Go through the whole circuit 5 times - 2 minutes each time through. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this workout - try it out and see for yourself.
There's likely to be 1-2 minutes worth of transition time, but you'll usually finish within 11-12 minutes.
You can't possibly try to tell me you don't have an extra 10 minutes during the day to fit in this mini-workout. You could even do this while you watch TV.
As you engage in a complete fitness plan and follow this workout as part of an overall exercise routine you'll get extraordinary results.
