3 Way Part 7
Ian D Wright
below are some of the great ways in handling and learning from your errors. Children usually respect their parents more if they have realized that they all commit some errors.
Lower your anger before you lose it. A few of the parents when arguing with their children many times lose their temper fast. Keep in mind that in speaking with children and teenagers you need to be an open-minded adult.
You might also think about the thoughts of your children. Keep in mind that you are the adult and you need to learn how to talk about the situation amazingly. As a parent you need to be as a relaxed and easy to talk with person. It isn't correct for children to see us dealing with some of their problems in a more pressured manner. Learn to deal with the issues in the coolest manner.
Learn to talk the situation out. As a parent it is your duty to teach your children how to explain the situation they encounter. There are several issues that might come up and your kid can not yet understand the situation. You should have an open talk with your kid in order to teach him or her how to handle the thing at hand. According to a few psychologists, a kid who didn't experience communicating with their parents experienced more emotional problems. By speaking to your kid you can alter their feelings into a more positive manner. As much as possible don't discuss sensitive things if you don't have enough information about it.
Respecting your kid's free will. There are times when your kid needs to make a choice of their own, like what color of pants that they want to wear, which toys they want to play with and what food they would want for breakfast. You need to consider your kid's own thoughts and personality. Bear in mind that you have different characteristics compared to your children.
Being a parent is the only job that you will learn only from your experience and when you become great at it. you might pass along the skills you have found to your children if they themselves become parents.
