Firstly, let me get this straight, I am not trying to promote a particular product; I just want to give you my thoughts on what I thought after using the product myself. Please do not use my example as promotional material for this product.
I was searching on the internet for non-artificial ways by which I could maybe increase my height a couple of inches. To be honest I was a short guy. I read this review about a guy who tried this product and saw noticeable changes within a couple of weeks. So I bought the product from the link below and decided to give it a go.
I realised after starting this exercise and diet plan that most of our spines have excess curves and everyone could potentially increase their height by as much as 6 inches by getting rid of these excess curvatures. I also found out that 98% of people will suffer from over compression of the spine. Using this product gave me an exercise and diet plan to help correct this condition.
After going through this exercise and diet plan, step by step, I managed to get rid of some of this excess compression in the fluid sacks between my vertebrae.
So here are my results in 3 weeks:
End of week 1 - increase height by 0.2 inches.
End of week 2 - increase height by 0.9 inches.
End of week 3 - increase height by 1.6 inches.
End of week 4 - increase height by 3.2 inches.
End of week 5 - increase height by 4.2 inches.
End of week 6 - increase height by 4.4 inches.
So you can see that the improvements over a 6 week period for me were really worth it. Because of the small increments it wasn't even drastically noticeable to the outside world (unlike other artificial products).
