In fact, if all of your employees where reviewed, you may want to think about letting them all know about their review results. If at all possible though, especially when improvements need to be made, you should go over peer reviews in person. Should improvements need to be made, you can discuss those improvements, like being nicer to patients or working to improve wait times. You may also want to speak to the physician in question to see if they remembered the day that they underwent a physician peer review. You never really know, but they may have just been having a rare, bad day.
