First of all, you will certainly need to be careful about the food you eat. This is very important. And as a matter of fact many people fail to lose weight because they cannot control themselves to eat something healthy or good for them.
Another important thing is to exercise. You may tend to think that you need to pay a lot for gym subscriptions when exercises are concerned. In fact it is a totally wrong concept, you do not need to spend a lot of money in order to do exercise. Simple exercises can work very well and what is even better is that they do not need gym equipment or professional advice and supervision.
One of such simple exercises that any person can perform in a park, or even at home, is called Stair Sprinting. The name is pretty self explanatory. You only need to run up and down the stairs between several floors. Of course it can be better if you can run up and down between more floors!
However, it is always a good idea to start small. This is essential even if you are in a very good physical condition. At the very beginning you can try to run up and down between four floors for twice. If it is the first time for you to do so, you may find it quite impossible for you to run more than twice. This is not a big deal. You will be able to do so when time goes by. And what you really need to do is to do it regularly.
You can try to run up and down between four floors four times after a few weeks. Of course it should be depending on how your feel. You should only do so if you feel you are able to do it. If you find that four times is too many for you, you may try three times or stick to two times. The idea is that you should do the exercise in a way that you feel comfortable with it.
Again, when time goes by, you should be able to run up and down between four floors four times and you will also lose weight by that.
