In our daily management we take care on the most important things for us or the most urgent once.
Money, family, bills, taxes and so on.
And we push aside to the back all the things that are less or not important at all, this is the way our mind operate.
Most of us, do not like to do exercise, and does it just because they "must".
For most of us the exercise is burden, and it is the last thing we want to do.
After a hard day of work, or early in the morning instead sleep another a few minutes or so.
But it's doesn't need to be that way, we can enjoy our fitness exercise and get out of it in a great feelings, and wonderful shape.
We can get up early with a smile or after work, do it with a smile on our face and really want it.
I know its sound quite fiction, but it's absolutely not.

So how it is passable to get the fitness exercise you need in to your life, and make it with a big smile?

You have to make yourself a list of all the good things you will gain from doing the exercise, like; Exercise Boosts Brainpower- exercise do not only help you physically but also mentally, example; keep your energy level high.
Also movement relaxes the stress.
you do a list of all the good thing it's will give you, and you do a bad list of what will happen if you continue the way you are.
Each time you have your bad fillings and bad connection to the fitness subject, you take a look on your list and see what happen if you do it, and what happen if you not do it.
This way you will control you feelings, and motivate your self to do you workout.
Now you can maintain a workout programs for longer time, and make you life easier and healthier.
