The goal of our diet doesn't matter, it's doesn't matter if it was to lose some weight, or if it was because you allergic to something, or just to clean your body.
People do diets daily, but it's this easy to maintain a diet until we will get to the goal we put to ourselves?
all of us can do it, each and every one of us, it's not that hard, but still you have to practice.
So how it's done?
If you want to succeed on any diet that you will chose, you can but you will have to change your mindset.
Most of the people that begin a diet are not obligated to it, they not obligated to there goal.
And how do you become obligated? Very plain, switching your mindset, connect good things to your diet.
What to I intend? I mean that you have to change the way you think about diet, on food, and connect some new beliefs.
There are two strong's fillings in our life's, pleasure and pain.
When you eat you try to get away from the pain or try to get pleasure.
the thing we planning to do is to change that situation.
What you need to do is a list on all the things that you eat ,because all the bad things.
Let's say that you eating when you worried, or when you're under stress .
So you do a list of all those feelings , and after that you choose you diet.
It's not important at all with diet you will choose, we are practicing an idea that you'll need to work on.
So you choose your plan and begin connect your good feeling, your positive feelings to the diet program.
And then you will imagine the way you are now, and the way you want to be.
After you did write all of the good emotion you just start working.
Every time your hungry and you can't eat according to the plan, you just take out you bad list and read it to yourself: if I will eat this then I will feel that, and I will have this and the entire bad thing that writhing in there.
And same when you eating little bit food that the plan let you, you reading to you self the good list, and telling your self: I will be that , and will have this, I will weigh this and that, and so on you got the idea.
You probably not truly believing me, but what do you care? Try it out, I dare you.
