It was during these times that necessary changes needed to happen. Nothing will leave your life unless it is right for it to. And something you've held onto for so long that is no longer serving you needed to leave as well.

The joy of becoming more aligned with who you really are, the relief of leaving behind the struggle and restriction that had shaped your life for so long.
Now let this spring be that for you. As the snow melts and life begins to return to the trees and the grass, allow life to rush back into you. It is a time of renewal, of new life.
And in spring there is no effort, it is a natural process. It is a process of allowing. The winter is gone and here comes the spring, one day at a time.
