The one truth that so many would-be Internet marketers fail to accept is this:

Let us say there are one million people who are having at least some success online. I have no idea the real number, but we will go with that one. If that is the number of successful marketers, then it means there are also one million different twists in use.

Don't get me wrong. A mentor can be an invaluable asset for greatly lowering the steep learning curve encountered while learning the required skills and concepts. Wading through and leaning those basic skill sets on your own can be very intimidating to say the least.

I can teach you about SEO, site design, list building, AdSense, AdWords, affiliate marketing strategies, etc. However, at the end of the day, it still comes down to you finding your own personal and unique place online. You alone are left with taking what I teach you and mixing in your own uniqueness to build your dream with.
