One of the newest programs I have heard about recently is called Kettlenetics. So what is Kettlenetics and how can it benefit you? Simply put Kettlenetics integrates a little dumb bell sort of weight called a kBell. I like this program mainly because it's not just one of those "exercise and you will lose weight" deals. They actually touch base on the eating healthy and eating right topics as well. As a person that is into healthy eating I know that both exercise and eating right goes hand in hand.
