There isn't a successful entrepreneur in any field who cannot think outside the box. You have to be able to think of different ways to come up with solutions for problems and also how you can make some investments work for you. The entire idea of the short sale was an innovative approach to investing in a collapsed real estate economy. There are always ways to make money in real estate investing if you are innovative.
